Adaptive fitness is personal training and exercise for those who have physical disabilities or limited mobility. This isn’t as small of a group as it sounds because there are many of us who may have limited mobility or restricted range of motion. And it’s not restricted to any age either! From young kids to senior citizens, adapting fitness to your personal needs is the focus.
